Exhibitor locations and Partner engagement.

Where you are located
The Arena

Partner booths form the Exhibitor and Demonstration Zone horseshoe in the arena, wrapping the Demonstration & Presentation Area. Booths are 10' x 10', with 10' x 20' booths for Founding and Innovation Partners, and a 30' clear transition corridor.

Morning Session Tables

Option to add a designated table, placing your team in front of attendees during every break between morning sessions.

The Performance Showcase

Founding, Innovation and Performance Partners are given time on stage at the evening Performance Showcase for a live presentation, a branded video, or both.

Partner engagement hours
9:55 and 11:35
Morning session breaks

Two breaks each morning, 25 minutes and 20 minutes. Partner tables are active for both.

1:00 to 2:00
Lunch in the arena (dedicated partner time)

Box lunches are served from the Central Promenade, with seating set among the partner booths around your presentation area. A full hour of partner engagement.

2:00 to 4:00
Masterclasses

Masterclasses run concurrently in small groups, so while some attendees are in session, others are in the Exhibitor and Demonstration Zone. Traffic flows through the partner area all afternoon.

4:00 to 5:30
Dedicated partner time

No competing programming. This block belongs to partners: presentations, demonstrations and unhurried time with attendees.

Times shown apply to both conference days. The arena opens at lunch.

Partnership Levels

Help shape the future of athlete health and performance.

Every level includes a program and app listing, a website listing with your company name, brand logo and a direct link to your site, your logo on H3 sponsor banners in the arena, and one approved product, sample, offer or company card in the VIP bags.

Athlete health and performance has outgrown its silos. So have we.

Human, horse and hound sports medicine and performance science in one arena.

Who H3 Ignite Is For

Where else will an equine sports medicine specialist, a human performance scientist and a canine sports medicine veterinarian take on the same questions, side by side? H3 Ignite is that event.

Physicians, veterinarians, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, trainers, riders, handlers, grooms, owners, students, founders and the teams behind them. Everyone learns, everyone connects, and everyone leaves with a new mindset and the right people to call.

Your own fitness is part of the partnership.

Riders · Handlers · Trainers · Grooms

Equestrians, dog handlers, and trainers are elite athletes whose physical performance directly determines the performance of their animal.

Horse

Keep the equine athlete sound for the long game.

Equine Veterinarians · Surgeons · Physiotherapists · Farriers · Trainers · Riders · Owners

Bring the whole team around the horse onto the same evidence, from conditioning and competition through rehabilitation and return to sport.

Hound

Give the canine athlete the rigor of elite sport.

Canine Sports Medicine Veterinarians · Rehabilitation Therapists · Trainers · Handlers · Owners

Performance dogs thrive when the veterinarians, therapists, trainers and handlers behind them treat training, recovery and care with the rigor of any elite sport.

Every session is built to translate. Whichever athlete you work with, the whole program applies to you.

Why H3 Ignite
One stage. Three species. Every athlete.

Medical research and innovation are moving faster than any single profession can follow, and many of the breakthroughs now reach across species. Sports medicine, regenerative therapies, pharmaceuticals, orthobiologics, peptides, precision nutrition and rehabilitation science are advancing in human, equine and canine medicine at the same time, often in parallel and rarely in the same conversation. H3 Ignite brings the leading specialists from all three together on one stage to share their knowledge, their protocols and their formulas for success, in front of the practitioners, competitors and teams who put them to work.

Nine reasons to be in the room.

Breaking the Silo

Human, equine and canine experts share every stage, so you see how your peers solve the same problems in different ways.

Evidence First

Our faculty separate what is proven from what is promising and from what is marketing.

The Integration Question

Learn which therapies work together and what proper use looks like in practice.

Timing the Athlete’s Cycle

Know where each tool belongs, from conditioning and competition through rehabilitation and return to sport.

The Modern Toolbox

A clear view of the current frontier: biomechanics, wearables, diagnostics, conditioning and longevity science.

Science in Motion

Live arena demonstrations and hands-on masterclasses, capped at 25 participants.

One Team, One Playbook

Real athletes and their real teams show what a shared playbook looks like.

Welfare and Fair Play

Pursue peak performance and athlete welfare together, within the rules of your sport.

The Right People

Olympic team veterinarians, researchers and sports medicine pioneers become the network you call on long after May.

“We get caught up in our own silos of knowledge and how our profession has always done things. What is often needed to move us forward is an outside perspective. How are professionals approaching similar problems that we deal with but in different ways and with other species? We have so much we can learn from each other.”
